In August, we began having discussions about our 2014 Master Facility plan with our Community Advisory and Educational Vision Teams. These teams have been meeting weekly to discuss how NWLSD can continue to build and establish equity across our district.
We’ve invited our business community, pastors, various church groups, staff members, teachers, parents and various community members to participate in our discussions around updating our 2014 Master Facility Plan.
This week, our teams discussed and shared their opinions about 14 different master facility options. We’re hopeful that these will be narrowed down to 3-5 possible facility options at our meeting tonight.
